Lots had changed after GitLab went public. Culture is changing with new leadership coming in & hiring all their friends from past company. Sales reps quota attainment is negatively effected by customer churn. Constantly changing sales reps territories & accounts. Very limited BDR and Channel support

The company products are unbelievable and customers are so happy, but it’s hard to crack through into new accounts in the sector I work in. Inbound lead floor is minimal, but referral/word-of-mouth is huge especially if worked the right way
