Current Employee4.6Feb 20, 2024GitLab is a great product but the leadership is confused and doesn't have a strategy in place.
Current Employee4.7Jan 12, 2024Reps have a high level of autonomy. Market opportunity and deal sizes continue to grow despite macro conditions. Technical and challenging, but very high upside. Very globally dispersed company, which requires sales reps to also be asynch-friendly.

Current Employee4.6Oct 24, 2024Biggest compliment I can give GitLab is that if you're someone that does the right things, the resources exist to help you succeed. There are flaws in every company and sales org, but as long as leadership continues to reward and enable people that are learning and focused on getting better, it's a great place to be.

Current Employee1.0Aug 18, 2023Discriminating work environment in EMEA promoted by middle management (mostly white French men), who are friends from previous roles allowing corruption and favouritism. No outlook of growth for diversity, they will only hire/promote their friends. GitLab has lost its culture and talents.
