Former Employee2.9Nov 28, 2023Product seems well received by prospects. Pricing of the product changed but the quotas we not adjusted, VERY low lead flow and inability to do outbound prospecting so basically you are calling the same prospects multiple times a day. I think it used to be very achievable to attain quota before the pricing change.

Current Employee4.9Jul 19, 2024I have had a good experience as a BDR at GitLab. The company culture has been great. No micromanaging, performance matters much more than activity metrics. I've had a good team and decent enough territories.

Current Employee2.3May 28, 2025The culture is quickly declining with little opportunity for growth and advancement, even as a top performer. AE’s are leaving the company at an alarming rate but are only being replaced with outside hires leaving no room for internal promotions.
