Current Employee4.4Dec 12, 2023GitLab is a fun place to work. As an outbound BDR inbound leads are not existent and will have to work hard to get to quota. As far as compensation goes, it's fair for the location you are based in. SLC BDR for example would make less than a BDR in Seattle.

Current Employee3.9Nov 16, 2023Grateful with the role - promotion conversations happening within 7-8 months of joining the company
Current Employee3.3Sep 6, 2023Lots had changed after GitLab went public. Culture is changing with new leadership coming in & hiring all their friends from past company. Sales reps quota attainment is negatively effected by customer churn. Constantly changing sales reps territories & accounts. Very limited BDR and Channel support
