Former Employee It was unfortunately not the quality of the sales team but more the popularity of the product in the early days. In the last 2 years the average deal size dropped significantly and selling has become much harder.
The clients have also become disappointed with our Customer Success team.
The worst thing overall is the local APAC leadership as well as other leadership individuals in the US-very immature and inexperienced
The sales execution by sales managers and above is very poor and reps are being micromanaged and/or let go as well.
Presales just sits there and does not have much to do. Great job to chill for a bit as nobody visits customers in person-just zooming around. Browse Other Reviews
