Current Employee The sales compensation plan in Enterprise and other sectors for FSRs has been significantly hamstrung. The variable comp mix and incremental growth numbers are not fairly balanced in traditional Enterprise vs digital natives causing a significant gap in expected compensation. The organization has also sealed up high growing digital natives into the Start-ups group, therefore paying more senior reps less and making it extremely difficult to over achieve the number.
