Current Employee Hubspot is an organization that lives off name alone. As a sales rep joining this company, be prepared to grind with little to no real guidance aside from working hard. There's zero inbound flow, no real training development, and hardly little mentorship from other reps because that would mean sharing your secrets which risk your own livelihood. I can't recommend that you think strongly before joining this organization.
