Current Employee Overall, the sales organization at IBM needs to undergo a significant cultural transformation. Currently, leadership "takes feedback" which leads to massive and disruptive changes each year, and we continue to be given incentive structures that are either not achievable, or are dependent on someone else's work. Add in a lack of guidance or care from leadership, and you create an organization with little to no motivation for success.
