Great company, amazing product, enjoyable coworkers - but the company is often struggling to compete in the SMB segment. For the most part, only tenured SMB reps are hitting quota. A lot of the former team has left to work for our competitors. Company looking to move up-market as smaller competitors eat up smaller deals. Management can be inconsistent from team to team. Overall, things are looking up, but it's gradual and a lot of change may come.

At one point it was a great place to work but overall not a great spot. During the last year or so I was there it went pretty down hill. Not many reps hit quota, less than 10% in emerging/SMB. Sales Ops does more harm than anything, and managers can be hit or miss.
