Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Leadership that came in from Datadog completely changed the culture here. Things started great but the month they all started coming in things changed in the wrong direction. You can speak with multiple sales reps there and they will tell you the same thing. Multiple people have been promoted to other roles that have not hit their quota. Politics plays a big role at this org. If you are not connected with management you will not grow here. You can be a top performer then miss your number for a month or two and you are put on a plan. They don't even give you a chance to even hit. Even if things are looking well for that month. Datadogs leaders have ruined this company and what it could have been. There was another director there that was horrible as well but he is not longer with the org. They seem to have random people being cut and tell them it is due to performance to avoid it seeming like they are having layoffs. Multiple people have been let go within the last couple months from here as if they are silent layoffs to not look bad.
