Current Employee The culture is toxic. In Modern Work, Security, and Azure overlay roles, you’re treated like a cog in the machine with multiple managers demanding 100% of your time. Leadership is cutthroat — I’ve seen people terminated with no warning or PIP. The obsession with Copilot/AI makes goals completely unrealistic, especially when true enterprise sales cycles are 12–24 months. If you want to feel undervalued, overextended, and disposable, this is the place.
