Culture is awful. They consistently have layoffs. You are on your own without any type of real enablement for the specific product you actually are selling. Lots of mistakes by previous reps and overlap on who owns certain accounts

Overall, Oracle is a great logo to have on your resume... however... constant "internal hiring freezes" slow down / limit upward mobility for sales reps to progress their careers. The market for the most part doesn't like Oracle because of their auditing practices. Oracle offers great products in the cloud infrastructure lane, however most customers have a bad taste...Read More
