Overall experience here was neutral. The sales culture is on a downward turn. Everyone here is truly just viewed as a number and replaceable regardless of years of experience. The quotas are astronomical based on territory equity. Attaining your number is largely based on luck and how you can capitalize on that luck. The majority of the market perceives Oracle as negative. Getting into the door and selling is an arduous task.

Salaries should be raised as it is significantly below market. Product group is okay, but overcoming customer’s negative view of Oracle is the most challenging barrier to entry. Not much inbound leads, need to prospect for 98% of opps.
