Salaries should be raised as it is significantly below market. Product group is okay, but overcoming customer’s negative view of Oracle is the most challenging barrier to entry. Not much inbound leads, need to prospect for 98% of opps.

My overall experience was mixed. Oracle has strong brand recognition and a huge product portfolio, which can open doors with enterprise customers.
