Overall experience at Oracle is a positive one. Starting with their SDR program - their training is top notch, however they recruit straight out of only specific universities. There are also a ton of resources and easy access to cross collaboration opportunities. Outside of the low standard base, I would recommend the company. Base pay for all sales roles outside of SDR should be negotiable as well.

The attitude and leadership style of your direct manager will make or break you at this company. I was fortunate to have good direct managers but my directors and above were “yes men” who didn’t have the interests of their teams in mind.
