The attitude and leadership style of your direct manager will make or break you at this company. I was fortunate to have good direct managers but my directors and above were “yes men” who didn’t have the interests of their teams in mind.

Overall, Oracle is a great logo to have on your resume... however... constant "internal hiring freezes" slow down / limit upward mobility for sales reps to progress their careers. The market for the most part doesn't like Oracle because of their auditing practices. Oracle offers great products in the cloud infrastructure lane, however most customers have a bad taste...Read More

There was no option for on-prem DB sales. Moving up from BDR to next steps, highly underpaid and overworked. There is always business to be found in a patch, but if you do not have a good patch, you will not excel and make good, consistent money.
