Former Employee Overall toxic company to work for but I will say the opportunities offered for training and development are endless. Most of Management is young, office politics are real, which in any sales role is typically the case but you come to realize knowing people really does matter. At the end of the day, the role is really what you make it. Moving laterally is practically impossible, and Management definitely pushes that narrative as well. The cloud fusion SDR’s were held to a way higher standard than the cloud infrastructure SDR’s. Also, there was a lot of miscommunication between account executive teams, and solution expert teams, and what is expected from the SDR org. Needs more alignment- no one is on the same page ever. Also, for the whole idea of our job being based off of setting meetings to talk about these amazing AI agents is ridiculous, considering the fact that we still worked within excel sheets.
