The Vice President that hired me was competent, excellent, professional, and inspiring to work for. When he promoted one of his best-performing favorite reps to a Sales Director position, it became an HR-situation. This awful, incompetent new Sales Director would literally just yell and yell at me every single day until I had to find a new job. It was intolerable, and this Sales Director eventually was fired by Oracle Human Resources for being a bully and wildly unprofessional. Just incompetent.

Great product that sells well in the market. However, the Industry Sales Executive role for Fusion Applications is 100% feast or famine. What I mean by that is you can go multiple years without closing a deal. Leadership will not change your territory unless you suck up to them and find a way to strategically get better accounts.
