Very hard to get promoted from an SDR to an account executive at Oracle. Top-producing SDRs (attaining 250-300% of their quota) still get overlooked. On average, if you hit attainment at Oracle every quarter, expect 2+ years before promotion. Be ready to move around. We've had territory changes every quarter, making it impossible to build a relationship with reps.
