Every team is different. Your territory and timing is a big factor in your success. You might have a great first line manager, but broader organizational barriers might hinder your success. Great place to get sales experience and build a resume for tech sales.

Really enjoyed my 3 1/2 years here. Oracle gave me a chance to get into technology sales and will always love them. Had some great years and made more money than I ever imagined I could make. Sometimes I wish I never left but got into the core tech org and it was a disaster. Someday I hope to come back.
