Oracle leadership on the Cloud Data Platform side is excellent and the reason why people stay. The market fit for moving Oracle based systems to OCI is extremely strong due to enhanced performance and financial levers that we can use. The market for non-Oracle workloads is close to non-existent.

Good on CV. Depends which department you're in and territory. Best is to stay a few years then jump to niche vendor
