Tough place to work but you will learn a lot. That said the culture is very cut throat and not collaborative. It’s a job you can do for a while and gain good experience but it’s not a good sales culture although it does depend on the vertical industry you are in.

The sales culture is entirely parochial. There's zero interest in customer success, it's all about getting the transaction done by the specified time. And the product you're selling has a competitive product also from Oracle, and there's another Oracle rep trying to compete with you for the same deal.
