Current Employee SailPoint is a market leading product, with excellent brand awareness and product market fit.
The team are great, but beware of the leaders, who regularly display toxic characteristics, are condescending and downright rude at times. Several people have departed the company due to poor treatment. Let’s just say that the HR team have been kept ‘busy’.
Those that have spent any length of time at the company are simply prepared to put up with the rubbish and brown-nose their way into the good books of leadership.
Great product, good space to be in but I can’t say that I would recommend the environment.
