The Digital Sales Rep position is an excellent entry position into Cyber/Technology Sales. SailPoint as an organization is fantastic. However, training & development is a small bit overlooked outside of the US and it is very much so about learning on the job.

When I joined five years ago, the culture was strong, the comp plan was fair and aggressive, and management was supportive. Over the last four and a half years, things have steadily declined.
