Org has grown quite a bit since I first got here. With that there have been some growing pains, however still more relaxed than most companies I've worked for in the past.

Product is good but senior leadership seems to be a little out of touch with industry analysts. No inbound lead flow at all and marketing is way out of touch with reality. A bit too much Oracle attitude and feeling of arrogance at the top. Used to have a great culture but that seems to going away.

My overall experience was positive once the product and category got traction in the local market. Long sales cycles and cost of overall project implementation versus the software which is the only component we were commissioned on was challenging.

They brag about their culture but when it comes to roles outside the US they just don't care. The person running the Americas is all about numbers and doesn't worry about how his team is doing or if they have the necessary tools to deliver what they are being asked. No HR support outside the US so when they finally can have time to look at the region it might be too...Read More
