My overall experience was positive once the product and category got traction in the local market. Long sales cycles and cost of overall project implementation versus the software which is the only component we were commissioned on was challenging.

Challenging environment to sell in. Competition all over the place (We don't lose to a competitor often. Deals will stall/ budget is recalled for the next quarter or year is the main enemy we face.)
