Good people, split management (some genuinely treat employees as they would want to be treated), some senior leadership are out of touch of the day-to-day role of the teams they mange.

Very good culture and product. Getting leads is tough -- you will have to do a LOT of networking and prospecting on your own if you want to succeed.
