Lead flow has been especially atrocious this year. Small Business AEs can expect to receive 1 inbound every 7-10 days. 1/4 inbounds are actually qualified, therefore you typically work 1 real inbound per month.

You work with kind, talented people, and you're selling a product/brand that's well-known. They try to make culture fun, and it mostly is. It's all luck of the draw for most people when it comes to territories, and if you don't have a good one it's tough.
