Overall experience is mixed. Base, OTE and overall incentives met expectations. Generally, co-workers are extremely smart and work well together for the greater good of the team. Beware of the “Ohana”. It sounds great from the outside but you have to be amongst the chosen ones to experience. Mid-leadership gets away with a lot of favoritism and skating the system for those they like. In many instances the inmates (mid-leadership) are running the asylum and this should be addressed.

So far, this place is great. All the good things you hear about Salesforce are true. Onboarding is long, but the information is largely valuable.
