Great company with great culture. All the tools needed to succeed with the responsibility on yourself to go figure it out and make it happen. Brand strength and recognition certainly helps.

I loved working at Salesforce prior to the last 8 months. The culture significantly shifted after activist investor pursuits and aggressive layoffs. This is why I made the move to Adobe.

Just starting, so far looks very promising. Very focused on learning and a lot of support from my colleagues. It looks like Salesforce is very well positioned into existing accounts. Deals are manageable and it looks like customers are exited about their new products.
