The people are what make SFDC an amazing place to work. There is a lot of red tape around process but is manageable. The training is not great, it feels like people from marketing/pmm created it, not front line sellers. Territories are really squeezed making your success highly territory dependent. If you have a few good accounts that are growing it could make your year. I do not want to give Salesforce a bad rating, it's really a great place to work for the most part. I just happen to be part of team that has lacking and lazy leadership and in my opinion unreasonable quotas to reach month over month.
