Similar accounts aligned to external peers but essentially doing the same job but for 30-40% OTE pay. If you're external its a great opportunity, but learning the sales process at Salesforce and navigating the large corporation is difficult for a lot of new hires.

He was promoted and I got stuck with a first time people manager that was terrible. He doesn't want to lead, he focused on micromanaging and making sure he got all the credit when a deal closed.
