Every rep had the same exact quota, which was unfair for reps with underperforming territories. Also management was goaled based on monthly growth while reps were paid on their attainment. Kinda backwards. Still had a great experience working there though.

Current Employee3.6Mar 8, 2024Good place to build the foundation of your Sales Career, Territories are a mess and Compensation Structure is very complex so that you have to hit multiple things to get normal compensation. If you just do 40-70% of your quota you will be punished with a 0.6 Multiplier on your earnings.
