Salesforce does a lot to treat you well, and I believe most people would have better experiences than I did. I joined in October, but wasn’t given a book of accounts until February. Within this time I had 3 different managers, very little actual work to be done, and scattered training.

Your experience at Salesforce is very much dependent on your role and accounts. In general, it is a tough time to sell at the company and the morale of the teams is not where it used to be.
