Current Employee Great! Love salesforce it just has changed in the last few years. Coming externally you get a bigger base, may receive a signing bonus, but overall it’s gone downhill. Barely any flips, 99% of your role is outbound. 80% of our customers hate us, so you have to “get creative” just to make simple deals convert. We don’t do as many happy hours or team dinners as we once did.
