ServiceNow is a rapidly growing company with natural growing pains. Sales management seems to be morphing into an organization similar to the reputation dell emc or oracle has. Sales tools (crm, quoting, prospecting, etc) are some of the worst I have ever used and have led to people being so frustrated they actually leave.
