The organization is going through changes in 2024 which offers some opportunity to be promoted. The compensation is average, the product is good, but lagging in development as it compares to competition right now. Overall the job is good, there are some questions with leadership, but it is possible to hit quota with focused hard work.

There have been a lot of changes at Smartsheet in my last year here. Significant changes in leadership, being acquired by a private equity firm, offshoring a lot of the workforce to Costa Rica, and a complete overhaul in how Smartsheet goes to market led to my departure.
