Current Employee Snowflake is an amazing company with an even better trajectory and overall standing in the market. The potential and offering isn't being fully realised by the market, leading to a low inbound lead flow, but the very high success rate for self created opportunity speaks volume. Continual education and support is also a major benefit, as this is a huge priority for the entire leadership team.
With realistic targets, even over the last two years many people hit and exceeded targets, and there were always spiffs in the end half of the year, helping reps to get to target.
overall, the best company I ever worked at, and I'm steadfast convinced that the next five years at least will be incredible
