I personally hit goal 4 out of the 6 years at Snowflake, but during my time they were constantly changing the comp plan because they didnt know how to goal appropriately while keeping up with Wall Streets lofty revenue expectations. Great product, great company, great flexibility and benefits, but the comp plan was constantly an issue. I was lucky that I had good accounts and hit goal the majority of time, but I know a lot of reps where that wasnt the case.

Fairly good experience so far. Less clear path to AE than initially promised and changes have been taking place regarding expectations for promotion, as well as planning to be fully back in office in the near future. Quota attainment % is highly dependent on what team you are aligned with as an SDR.
