Former Employee3.9Apr 8, 2024My overall experience was great with Vanta. The month to month sales cycle can be a grind, but the team is a cohesive unit. I’d say getting promoted is difficult even if you’re hitting/exceeding quota. The product is the best in the space and the leads mostly come to you inbound.
