Current Employee Over hiring too quickly, not setting reps up for success. A lot of pressure to hit massive targets on a monthly basis. Lack of security in job due to PIP issued is having a bad 2 months in a row. Culture is toxic and can be a lot of unfairness.
Great people, great product, amazing product fit, best solution in the market makes it an easier sell, even though the price is often higher.
