This company constantly churns through its sales reps due to a horrible horrible culture and it's compensation structure even reflects that (based on when a client pays not billing) and only pays out the rest of the commission 30 days after you leave so any deals where you get commission >30 days you lose out on.

Former Employee4.4May 23, 2024ZoomInfo is a bit of a boiler room, but the leaders are very good. They’ve done the job, they’ll coach you up, and they’ll join calls to help you win deals. Monthly quota is a heavy burden but senior leadership is looking to evaluate more on a quarterly basis.
