I was part of an acquisition and never felt included in the overall Boston based GTM team. Great product and product market fit that didn't emphasize hiring/retaining A players for upmarket IC roles and was incredibly bloated with 1st and 2nd line management that didn't prioritize coaching/development or understand ZI's market positioning with their overall SaaS platform strategy. Hired some impressive leadership at the top ranks while I was there, but didn't get to see their impact as I was more focused on securing my next opportunity at an earlier stage company.

I love working at Zoominfo ! My only complaint would be lead flow. For the most part it is amazing. There is a small group that is always busy that makes me wonder sometimes

Overall, good company to work for. Some of the best perks would be the opportunity to move up anywhere within the org, the benefits and how much training we have access to.
