The roles are intense with high quotas and tough to see commissions especially during a down market. Outside of the compensation, leadership is the furthest thing from being transparent. Former Employee3.0Oct 20, 2023overall experience was solid, training has set me to be where I'm at today and has allowed me to be better than other SDR's who didn't receive such training. Could use some more work around email training but they get you READY to cold call.
