Great company overall but they don't believe in remote work and will not offer career progression beyond IC roles for remote employees even though they were hired for remote positions in the first place. Base pay is amazing but they push you to sell well into 120-170% with hardly any accelerators.

Depends on the segment. Used to be 100%, then adjusted quotas and AE/AM relationships so now it's dropped to closer to 50%. PIPs are plentiful.

Company over hired and now are firing and pipping people. It is a complete bait and switch. They tell you they get a lot of leads but the leads are trash if you're not in the right spot on the lead router. Total disconnect between product and sales team.
