Current Employee Good product - but rough "selling" inside of Twilio. Not a ton of support for the Segment product and/or vision of how to make Twilio/Segment work together.
A VERY small number of people within SMB, MM, and Enterprise have ever hit their number (reps or management), maybe 3 to 5 per year (in each org).
It is a GOOD product, and it definitely works, but it just is not really "working" inside of Twilio. Browse Other Reviews
