Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The sales management team is incompetent, and they have too much pride to address issues they've created. The mid-market and SR. level roles - which is no more than 10 people - consistently hit goals and make okay money, but turnover is incredibly high for everyone else because there's no career progression, it's nearly impossible to hit minimum sales targets, and even then, the comp plan and commission structure has rules in place that will basically have you working there on a flat salary.
