Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Through multiple acquisitions, the company has struggled with their Identity and though that, there has been a lot of turn over with management and leadership. There is potential to make a ton of money but the sales cycle is very long and selling consulting services is a hard sell. Definitely possible to make good money but the quotas are almost irrelevant as they are so high. Half of the sellers time is spent working internally to find the correct resources for each project and navigating project approach / staffing / scheduling etc. The company is great but the there is definitely an identity problem since being acquired by NRI group out of Japan. The company is focused on hyper growth where it originally was more of a small boutique consultancy that worked with a blend of large / medium sized companies. Now it seems there is less of a focus on smaller companies and a huge focus on cross sell into large clients. Overall, there is no real cap to commission and you get out what you put in but there are definitely internal headwinds that cause stress / extend sales cycle.
