Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Lots of uncertainties and chaotic place. Zero career progression plan. People across the org are either dropping like flies through multiple lay offs or resigning due to fear and uncertainties. For employees that weren't laid off they were also given the option of a role change (NB: demotion) or quit. Sales target is also unattainable (ex CRO basically used previous FY revenue and added the same percentage to make it current FY target). Sales team do not work on renewals and upsell (CS does it) which hurts relationship building and NRR in the long run. After multiple surprise layoffs, company finally let 2 C-suite execs go. Hopefully things change for better moving forward. If only the company came to accept early on 1 of the 2 C-suite exec was the reason why company failed to meet rev targets instead of letting go of so many people......
