Current Employee2.6Jul 25, 2023to be honest I dont think my team every hit quota and I only saw an individual hit quota on 7 or 8 occasions in my time at GitLab. Was mutually separated based on performance but performance was on par with what the team was doing.

Pricing of the product changed but the quotas we not adjusted, VERY low lead flow and inability to do outbound prospecting so basically you are calling the same prospects multiple times a day. I think it used to be very achievable to attain quota before the pricing change.
